Lähdin yhtenä päivänä
kaupunkiin etsimään urheiluvaatteita, mutta en kummiskaan löytänyt mistään
mitään sopivaa, joten päätin mennä Nanjing Rd markkinoille. Olin aikaisemmin
markkinoilla katsonut vaatteita, jotka olin jättänyt ostamatta sillä en silloin
jaksanut nostaa todella alhaista hintaani, jotta olisimme kaupat saanut tehtyä.
Etsiessäni näitä kahta liikettä neljästä kerroksesta satuin kävelemään liikkeen
ohi joka möi meikkejä halvalla. Olin sieltä aikaisemmin ostanut Macin
luomiväriä ja Opin kynsilakkaa, joten päätin ottaa saman setin taas, kun ne
olivat tulleet kokeiltua. Tällä kertaa sain samanlaisen luomiväripaletin
mustana, kun mitä viime kerralla olin ostanut ruskeana, ja kolme Opin
kynsilakkaa. Vaikka viime kerralla olin ostanut vain kaksi kynsilakkaa, sain
tämän setin samalla hintaan neuvottelujen jälkeen. On aina helpompi saada hinta
alas kun tietää mitä viimeksi on maksanut.
Tämän jälkeen löysin
takkeja myyvän kojun, jossa olin jo kahdesti aikaisemmin käynyt Superdry takin
hintaa tiedustelemassa. Vietin liikkeessä varmasti viisitoista minuuttia eri
malleja kokeillessa, kunnes päädyin takasin alkuperäiseen armeijakuvioiseen
tuulitakkiin. Ei se yhtä hyvää laatua ole kuin oikean merkkiset takit, mutta
sain sen vähän yli kahdellakymmenellä eurolla, oikeiden maksaessa lähemmäs
kahdeksaakymmentä euroa. Tämän jälkeen jatkoin t-paitoja myyvään liikkeeseen,
jossa olin jo pitkään miettinyt ostavani Kenzon tiikeri t-paidan. Tällä kertaa
myyntiin oli tullut uusia Kenzon college-paitoja. Yksi malleista oli jopa niin
uusi, että olin sen edellispäivänä nähnyt lukemassani muotilehdessä. Värejä oli
niin monta josta valita, mutta lopulta päädyin harmaaseen tiikeri collegeen ja
oranssiin ”silmä” collegeen. Tiikeri t-paitaa, jota alun perin tulin ostamaan
oli vain jäljellä XL-koossa, mutta pakkohan se nyt lopulta oli silti ostaa kun
olin sitä niin pitkään halunnut. Tämä setti taas sai hinnaksi 52 euroa.
Colleget ovat olleet kovassa käytössä ja olen yllättynyt miten hyvän laatuisia
ne ovat olleet. Muutenkin oranssi college paita oli liikkeen ainut kappale,
sillä he olivat tilanneet sen nähdäkseen miten oranssi se oikeasti oli kuvaan
verrattuna.

I went to the city to look for sports

times before without buying anything. This time I decided to get them, so as I
walked around to find the stores that sold the clothes that I wanted, I stopped
by a make-up store. I had bought from her once before, so I knew I could get a
Mac eye-shadow palette and two OPI nail polishes together for 50RMB. This time
I went for a Mac palette in black and three OPIs for the same price, and I got
it!
After this I found one of the stores that
sold an army Superdry windproof jacket. I had been to the shop twice and
started from 100RMB but the seller was never interested. And since I had never
seen the jacket in the army-style anywhere else I paid in the end 180RMB for
it. After this I found the second store selling t-shirts that I also had been
to a few times. I had many times been looking at a Kenzo t-shirt with the tiger
head without buying it. This time they had got college-shirts with different
Kenzo motives. There were so many colors to choose from but I ended up buying
one college with the tiger in grey and one college with an eye in orange. The
t-shirt I had wanted for a long time was only available in XL but I still
bought it. For the three items I paid 400RMB and afterwards I have been really
happy about the quality of the college shirts, which I use almost every day now
when it has got cold in Shanghai.
