Emme paljon tehneet Qing
ming pyhän aikana, sillä kolmen päivän mittaisen loman aikana satoi melkein
jatkuvasti. Aina yllättäen alkoi sataa aivan kaatamalla, ja usein kadut ovat
täynnä isoja lätäköitä, joiden yli tai ohi on vaikea päästä. Ukkostakin meillä
on ollut jonkun verran. Ennen kun meillä tämä sade-kausi alkoi, meillä oli
vähän liiankin kuuma päivä, kun mittari näytti noin +31 astetta ja aurinkoa.
Jostain syytä nyt tuntuu, että ulos ei koskaan voi mennä, sillä joko siellä
sataa tai sitten on liian kuuma. Minne ne ihanat +20 asteiset aurinkoiset
päivät katosivat? Toivottavasti ne vielä ovat tulossa.
We
didn’t go out much during the Qingming holiday that lasted for three days. The
reason for this was the weather. It started raining a day before the holiday
and it is currently still raining. The rain is sometimes really heavy and this
makes the streets look like a river. We have also experienced some lightning
and thunder storms during the last couple of days. Before the rain started, we
had a day that was maybe a bit too hot and sunny, when the temperature rose to
a +31 degrees Celsius. Nowadays it feels like you can’t go out since it is
either raining or being too hot. I’m waiting for those perfect days that had
clear skies and temperature around 20 in the beginning of this month.
