Finchin sadeviitan, sillä se vaikutti niin näppärältä kun sen voi rutata sisään
etutaskuun ja muuntautuu laukuksi. Laukkahan ei voi käyttää muuhun
tarkoitukseen kuin sadeviitan säilyttämiseen. Viittoja oli kahta eri mallia
aikuisille ja niitä löytyi eri väreissä ja kuoseissa. Itse ihastuin tähän
liilaan, kokeiltuani sinistä ensin. Printissä on kuvia Shanghain ihmisistä,
kaduista ja muista kaupunkiin liittyvistä asioista. Takaosassa on iso lintukuva, joka on tehty heijastinmateriaalista, vaikka Shanghaissa heijastimia pimeästä huolimatta ole koskaan nähnytkään. Tarjolla olisi ollut myös
pidempi malli, mutta sitä käytetään pyöräillessä. Viitta maksaa kaupassa
380rmb, mutta markkinoilla sen sai ostettua 250rmb, eli noin 37euroa. Markkinoilla
lähestyessäni Finchin kojua myyjä tuli heti näyttämään kaikki erivaatemallit ja
kertoi kuinka eko-teko koko sarja on. Sadeviittakin on tehty jostain eko-materiallista.
Tarvitsen vielä uudet kumisaappaat, kun edelliset hajosivat, ja tämän jälkeen
olen valmis Shanghain sateisiin.
At
the Designers Market I bought a rain coat that I had seen earlier in a shop. There
were two different models for adults, one shorter and one longer for bike
riders. They had different patterns and colors as well and I tried a blue one
before choosing the purple one. When not using the coat it is inserted inside its
own front pocket and has with the strap it can be carried as a bag. The print
incorporates elements from Shanghai such as people and places. It is made of
some eco-friendly material that the designer was really keen on pointing out for
me. The rain coat costs some 380rmb in other stores but at the market I got it
for 250rmb. Now I just need to buy some new rain boots and I will be ready for
the rainy summer that is ahead of me.
