Olin maanantaiaamuna niin
kipeä, että soitin saksalaiselle jos hän voisi tulla hakemaan kotitehtäväni ja
viedä se opettajalle. Iltapäivällä tunsin itseni paremmaksi ja päätin lähteä Communicative Chinese tunnille. Lobbyssa tapasin tytön joka sanoi menevänsä
samalle tunnille. Onneksi lähdin hänen mukaan sillä luokat oli vaihdettu ja
nettilakkoilun takia en tiennyt asiasta mitään. Hän tiesi oikean luokan ja
odotimme luokan ulkopuolella yli 20min ennen kun opettaja saapui paikalle.
Olimme ensin vain 10 oppilasta kunnes afrikkalaisia alkoi tulvia sisään
luokkaan myöhässä niin kun he usein ovatkin. Lopulta luokassa oli varmasti yli
50 oppilasta. Luulin valinneeni kurssin jossa oppisimme puhumaan enemmän mutta
kurssi olikin alkeiskurssi. Koska olen lukenut kiinankieltä suomessa jo kolme
vuotta, minun ei tarvitse käydä tunneilla ollenkaan. Opettaja vain muistutti
että tulenhan loppukokeeseen, jotta saisin opiskelupisteet. Eli lisään vapaa-aikaa minulle, eipäs se mitään haittaa!

On Monday morning I was so sick that I
called one of my classmates to give the teacher my homework. I felt better in
the afternoon so I decided to go to my communicative Chinese class. I met a
girl in the lobby who was on her way to the same class as I. It was good that I
walked with her to the class, since she knew that the classroom had been
changed. I would have gone to the wrong building. During the days that the
Internet didn't work at the hotel the school had sent us a mail telling us
which classes had had some changes. When we arrived at the right classroom we
still had to wait over 20 minutes before the teacher arrived.
At first we were only about 10 people in
the class until about 40 Africans appeared late as always. We went through the
basics which I already had been taught three years ago. On the first break I,
as well as other students, went to teacher to fill in a form so we don’t need
to attend the classes, only the final exam. This means that I will get the
credits, if I pass the exam, without having to do anything. Great!
