Olemme jälleen takaisin Manilan lentokentällä. Tällä kertaa odotamme kumminkin lentoa Shanghaihin. Lentomme lähtee vasta noin kahdeksan tunnin kuluttua, mutta olemme jo neljä tuntia saanut kulumaan transit odotustiloissa. Emme siis saa mennä terminaaliin kun vasta vähän ennen lentoa. Transitissa on ollut ihan mukava olla kun teimme itsellemme omaan nurkkaukseen pedit liittämällä kaksi tuolia yhteen. Odotustilassa ei ole mitään ostomahdollisuuksia, joten virkailija kävi varmaankin terminaalin ulkoa ostamassa meille illalliseksi nuudelia, riisiä ja lihaa. Saimme jopa kokista ja jälkiruokaannokset samalla. Joten nyt ei kyllä tätä lentokenttää huonommaksi voi sanoa, kun palvelu toimii näinkin hyvin.

Olemme tässä melkein kahden viikon aikana ehtineet lomailla kolmessa eri kohteessa, eli niistä kirjoittaminen tulee kestämään aikansa :) Aloitan matkan alusta eli Singaporesta, jonka jälkeen jatkoimme Baliin, ja lopuksi kävimme vielä Austraaliassa. Tulen kirjoittamaan siitä mitä teimme, koimme, näimme, söimme ja ostimme. Eli vähän sekavaksi tämä menee kun niin paljon on tullut koettua lyhyessä ajassa.

We are once again at Manila airport waiting for our connecting flight. This time the flight is to Shanghai and instead of three hours waiting we have to wait all together almost 12 hours in a transit area. This means that we can't go to the terminal at all before our plane departure. This isn't a problem as we have taken over one corner, and built beds by connecting chairs together. As we aren't able to go and eat, one of the airport staff went out to buy rice, nuudles and beef for us. He even got us drinks an desert, so I wouldn't call this the worst airport in the world. The transit area feels safe with lots of staff and only some chinese passangers, waiting for probably the same flight as we are.

As our almost two week long adventure is ending I will have time to write about what we did, saw, ate and bought in our various destinations. The trip started in Singapore, continued to Bali and ended in Australia. We made just some quick stops in all these places instead of staying in one place for the whole time. It will be a bit of a challange to remember what we encountered in which place, but I will be adding posts about the trip in the near future :)
