Tässä taas laukku, josta
en aluksi pitänyt, mutta löytäessäni sen tässä kuosissa, olihan se pakko saada.
Normaalisti baobao laukut löytyvät eri värissä, ja halvimmat ovat muovisia ja
kiiltäviä kun taas parempi laatuiset ovat sileämpiä. Jälleen kerran hinta
markkinoilla oli lähemmäs sataa euroa alkaessani tinkimissodan. En
ensimmäisellä kerralla halvalla saanut, joten seuraavalla kerralla, kun minulla
oli asiaa markkinoilla, kävin toisessa liikkeessä vähän korkeammalla hinnalla.
Lopputulos oli, että laukun sain vähän yli 20 eurolla. Olisin halunnut isomman,
mutta sellaista ei mistään löytynyt. Laukku mahtuu hyvin isomman laukun sisään
ostoskassiksi, tai sitten siitä tulee uusi työlaukku. Monella kiinalaisella
näkyy tämä laukku käytössä, mutta onneksi ei ole sanan värinen.
Here
again is a bag that I didn’t like when I first saw it. These were fashionable
in Singapore a year ago, but not until I found it in this color combination,
did I realize that I wanted it. Not all stalls in the market had it, so it was
hard to get it for a cheap price. At first some of them had the price as high
as 600rmb. Some stalls sold plastic ones in different colors, but only those
selling the better quality ones, with smooth finish, looked good. I didn’t buy
the bag during the first trip, but the second time, when I was hunting for some
other things in the market. In the end one of the sellers followed me for a good
five minutes until she realized I wouldn’t change my price, and I got it for
140rmb. Still not what I wanted to pay, but one of the other sellers was genuinely
surprised I could buy it so cheaply.
